利用規約の変更に関するお知らせ

mag2afiri@gmail.com Google は、利用規約をよりわかりやすいものへと改訂する予定です。今回の変更は 2020年3月31日から有効になりますが、お客様による Google サービスの利用方法に変更はありません。 詳細につきましては、重要な変更点の要約やよくある質問をご覧ください。以下に、今回の変更点を簡単にまとめます。 • 読みやすさを改善: 利用規約が法的な文書であることに変わりはありませんが、Google では、役立つ情報へのリンクを追加したり定義を記載したりするなど、理解しやすくするための最大限の努力を行いました。 • わかりやすく説明: どのような場合に、サービスの変更（機能の追加、削除など）やユーザー アクセスの制限または終了を行うかについて、わかりやすく説明しました。サービスの利便性に悪影響を及ぼす変更を行う場合は、さらに充実した対応を行います。 • Google Chrome、Google Chrome OS、Google ドライブを規約に追加: 改訂後の規約では、Google Chrome、Google Chrome OS、Google ドライブも対象となりました。これらのサービスには固有の規定が定められているため、各サービス固有の規約とポリシーが設定されています。 • プライバシー ポリシーは変更なし: Google プライバシー ポリシーに対する変更は行っていません。お客様の情報を取り扱う方法にも変更はありません。なお、Google アカウントにアクセスすることで、いつでもプライバシー設定を確認したり Google によるデータの使用方法を管理したりできます。 お子様が Google アカウントを自分で管理できる年齢 に達しておらず、ファミリー リンクを使用して Google サービスの利用を管理している場合は、今回の変更についてお子様とよくお話し合いください。 もちろん、新しい利用規約を承認せず、サービス利用時にユーザーと Google が相互に期待できることに同意しないという選択肢もあります。その場合にどうすべきかについて詳しくは、よくある質問をご覧ください。 今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。 Google チーム © 2020 Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, 94043 このメールは、Google の利用規約の重要な変更について、最新の情報をお知らせする目的でお送りしています。
